Praise be to God, our dearest love, the most honorable president and jurist Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May God grant you peace and may God’s mercy be upon you for the goodness of our master. May God support him and grant him victory. It has come to our master, may God grant him victory, that the road of Sidi Abi is good and spoiled to the bridge of Ibn Tatu, or there are places where we immerse animals in days of rain and mud. So our master commanded us to ask you about the usual custom of fixing it on who it is, so tell us, and with love and peace, on the 18th of Jumada al-Akhira in the year 1282 Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success. Praise be to God, and for that supremacy, the most pure peace and mercy of God, the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory.
