Praise be to God alone, after the peace and mercy of God be upon the student, Mr. Muhammad ibn al-Talib, and the mercy of God, on the authority of the best of our Lord, may God support him. May God grant you the reins of what Hajj Ahmad Malina al-Tatwani has here with an ax at the washing machine, the Arab pilgrim of Bennis, and the dhimmi Yusuf bin Nayim. Our Lord, may God support him, commands you to go to them and take possession of from them what is under their hand for the aforementioned Malina, according to what is shown in the reins. So what was standing in its entirety, he took it from them in its entirety, and what was sold, the price of it was taken from them, whole or in part, and here are offices for them from You will receive it from the owner of the commodity. Pay each one his share, and after you possess any of them you possess merchandise or dirhams, notify us and restore to us the reins and peace on the 19th of Shaban in the year 1274.
