Praise be to God alone, our lover, the eminent jurist and the most eminent scholar, my master al-Tayyib ibn al-Yamani. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. Since the call for it was made, people have stopped dealing with it, and souls have become disgusted with its anger and payment, and it has been acquired from the hands of the people for free. We delayed it and negotiated it with the servant of our master, Mr. Al-Hajj Muhammad bin Al-Madani, and Mr. Hajj Al-Mahdi Bennani. This stubbornness cannot be controlled, and it does not abstain from fuss because it is from him. Many of them, if he knows that his belongings will be lost, he does not show them in their entirety, or he shows a trivial ease from him, so the person does not achieve what is intended. What is best for both parties, if required by the view of our Lord, may God support him, is that everyone who has the money brings it to the auction house, and what is good of it is promoted and possesses it and paid for it in exchange for the new lost, and what is bad of it takes the weight and is paid for it in exchange for it from the new according to the discretion of the trustees, so that there is no harm or harm, and thus the suspension occurred with those mentioned, and work is done according to what It is necessitated by the sight of our Lord, and upon love and peace, from the haste of Idris al-Sarraj. Praise be to God, peace be upon our beloved, and may God have mercy on the presence of our Lord, may God support him and grant him victory. After, our master, may God help him, saw what I have written here, so he, may God Almighty, command that you and the Muhtasib come to the storehouse at the beginning of the afternoon and inform him of what is necessary, and love and peace. The good one may God protect him
