Praise be to God alone, and to our beloved, earthly jurist, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace and mercy be upon the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And after the one who is imprisoned around him, you have the right to look into his matter because you know him, and we asked you about him before this, so you mentioned to us that you seized him with the permission of Abd al-Rahman al-Zarali, and now you are the one responsible for him and you have the right to look into him. And with love and peace, on the 12th of Shawwal in the year 1286, and the summer of high status in God, my relief, praise be to God and may God bless him and grant him peace. May God bless our Master Muhammad and his family, our lover, by God, the most glorious Pasha, the Sufi, the best rememberer, Sir Idris al-Sarraj, may God protect you and take care of you, and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And after that, the benefit in discharging the student is Mr. Madani al-Zarali, who is repenting to God in serving around al-Zawali, and his punishment has reached its extent. May God protect you and show you peace. Ahmed bin Talib Ibn Sawda, may God be his guardian and master. Praise be to God, our dearest earthly lover, Commander Farji, may peace be upon you. And may God have mercy on the goodness of our master, may God support him and grant him victory. And after that, you wrote to our writer regarding the civilian, Al-Zawali Al-Makhzani, who was arrested for mocking Al-Zarali, and we responded to you in reality, and now in front of the Idrisid Sanctuary, you wrote the above perspective interceding for him, so read it and we answered, and with your love and peace, Idris Al-Sarraj, may God protect him.
