And after its honorable bearer, Moulay Al-Rashid, we have given him permission to arrest whoever finds him from the Bani Sadin tribe. We would love for you to support him in arresting whoever of them was found in this presence and directing him to us. May God bless us with you and love and peace. On the 23rd of Rabi’ al-Awwal, 1287, and the summer of high status, may God be pleased with me.
