The beginning of the manuscript: Al-Hafiz Abu Nu’aym Al-Isbahani, may God have mercy on him, said: Among those who narrated on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, regarding the trustworthiness of Abu Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrah are Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, Ibn Masoud, Hudhayfah, Khaled ibn al-Walid, Anas, and Aisha, may God be pleased with all of them. Abu Nu’aym also narrated with his chain of transmission to Muhammad ibn al-Madhkur on the authority of Jabir ibn Abdullah.
The end of the manuscript: So the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, called a man and presented to him a limited provision (...) He ended up memorizing what he said and saying that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, congratulates you on the peace and mercy of God and informs you that he had forgotten to provide you and that my Lord, Blessed and Most High, sent to Gabriel (...) so Gabriel reminded him and informed him.
