Notes Printed manuscript The beginning of the manuscript: Al-Hafiz Abu Nu’aym Al-Isbahani, may God have mercy on him, said: Among those who narrated on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, regarding the trustworthiness of Abu Ubaidah ibn al-Jarrah are Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, Ibn Masoud, Hudhayfah, Khaled ibn al-Walid, Anas, and Aisha, may God be pleased with all of them. Abu Nu’aym also narrated with his chain of transmission to Muhammad ibn al-Madhkur on the authority of Jabir ibn Abdullah. The end of the manuscript: So the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, called a man and presented to him a limited provision (...)
