Notes
Praise be to God. On the day of its history, two witnesses stood at the hands of Mr. Al-Arabi bin Abdul Salam bin Al-Hajj Muhammad bin Abdul Khaliq, from the family of Sidi Muhammad bin Tariq Al-Zarhouni Al-Yusufi, in his house. He is my lord, and he is branching out because of the wound in his left hand. So his two witnesses asked him, “Who did this?” He answered her with an eloquent tongue, and if she explained it from the Hajj, Ham bin Qasim was the one who struck him with a knife in the face of injustice and transgression, in addition to error. God, this is complete, and those who testified to him recorded it on the twenty-fifth of the month. Dhu al-Qa’dah al-Haram seventy-eight, two hundred and one thousand servants of his Lord Almighty, the servant of God and Muhammad, praise be to God alone. May God’s blessings and peace be upon him after whom there is no prophet. To the leader, the most glorious, the best, the best, the happiest, the most exalted in place and place. May God protect you, protect you from all evil, protect you from Him, protect you, and may God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you. For the goodness of our Lord, may God support him and grant him victory. Then we inform you that Abu Shati struck the Arab in the door. He attacked him with a knife until he broke his hand, and the sheikh of the common people seized him and did not want to arrest him, but rather beat him out of injustice. We love you his relative at night when others overpower him. Peace be upon you on the 26th of Dhul-Qa’dah, the year 1278. With the permission of your servant, Sheikh Hussein, may God grant him success and you.
