Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and the family of our earthly servants, all the tribes of Ghumara, Bani Khalid, Bani Salman, Bani Mansour, Bani Burza, Bani Zayat, Bani Ajl, Bani Jars, Bani Samih, Matiwa, Bani Razin, and Bani Hassan. May God grant you success and guide you, and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you. After our earthly servant, your brother, the leader, Mahdi bin Ahmed bin Al-Hassan, has appointed us as guardian. Al-Takawi Al-Khalidi is a worker over you, and we entrusted him with looking into your affairs and all your affairs, so we command you to listen and obey him in them. We have given him the command of prohibition in matters of our honorable service. May God make you happy with it, and may He be pleased with you, and grant everyone success to what is pleasing to Him. Peace be upon you. Our honorable command, which is relied upon by God, was issued on the 2nd of Rabi’ al-Nabawi in the year 1327.
