Notes Praise be to God, for the permission of the one whom God should have protected and cherished, through the tongue of his aid, Sidi Muhammad Al-Wadghairi, his martyrs, may God grant them peace through him, went to Hazrat Al-Pasha Al-Arshad Al-Asaad, the leader and jurist, Sidi Idris, the eminent and eminent earthly master, the late Sidi Hajj Abd Al-Rahman Al-Sarraj Al-Andalusi, at his courthouse in Dar Bu Ali, from this Idrisiya, their mother, God and her family. Three people were found there with shackles on their feet, and they were asked about who had killed Sidi Muhammad Ibn Abd Allah. Al-Khayati, so the first of them, Sidi Abdel Aziz Bouazza, one of the sons of Sidi Abdel Aziz Al-Khayati, mentioned that he did not know who killed him, nor was he present with those who killed him. Rather, he found him dead, and he was Sidi Muhammad bin Qasim Al-Khayati, Sidi Al-Arabi Ibn Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Khayati, and Sidi Al-Wafi bin Sidi Al-Hashimi, by lineage, and they buried him. Sidi Muhammad bin Qasim, one of the sons of Sidi Al-Jilali Al-Khayati, attended and was asked about who killed him. He mentioned that he was not present with those who killed him, but rather found him and my master dead. Al-Arabi bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Khayati said about the one who killed him, so he mentioned that he was present with the one who killed him, and that he was killed by the aforementioned Sidi Abdul Aziz bin Bouazza, the aforementioned Sidi Muhammad bin Qasim, my master Ahmed bin Allal Al-Khayati, and my lord Al-Wafi bin Al-Mahdi Al-Nasab, and he was with them, and they added that the ruined caftan was with the aforementioned Sidi Azouz bin Bouazza, and his kohl was with the aforementioned Sidi Muhammad bin Qasim, and his sabula was with the aforementioned Sidi Al-Arabi. Whoever heard what I mentioned, as mentioned, about the aforementioned permission in the aforementioned place, recorded him as a witness therein. He asked about it, and he heard what was mentioned from those who mentioned it, and they were in the aforementioned situation. He recorded it as a witness to it, because he asked about it, and he heard what was mentioned from those who reminded them of the situation. On the nineteenth of Rajab, the Sacred Paradise, he suffered the ninety-nine Rajab of the Sacred Paradise, seventy-nine and two hundred, and he made Alif Al-Haf when he shouted it.
