Notes	A copy, praise be to God, the honorable Civil Controller, the head of the Blida administration, Monsieur Kasti, after a dedication out of respect, as you would have copied the offices for it, the latest of which is dated March 15th of this year in the wheat of His Excellency and their secretary, and based on that and what we saw with you, we commissioned our successor, Mr. Hajj Abdel Salam Hissar, who gathered notables who rejoiced with His Excellency and consulted them in electing their secretary and members with him, according to custom, and they chose the name Mr. Mohamed Sefrioui, who is in a lane. Come and trust them, and the members, Al-Hussein bin Ali Boutweil, Mr. Ahmed Al-Marrakshi, in Darb Al-Kabir, and Mr. Al-Arabi Al-Shatouki, in Darb Al-Alf. We have appointed those mentioned as mentioned, and let us know, Your Excellency, that you may be well. May you always be well and peace on March 27, 1944.
