Praise be to God alone, our master, the blessed and honest jurist, Sir Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord the Imam. As for what follows, we have been informed, and you have directed the esteemed observers and the group to preach good news. Accordingly, there is no longer silence about this when we see what everyone’s matter is leading to. We are on the path to seriousness, and we have risen to a clear stage in which the honorable Alawites have witnessed the study, and a clear stage in which the faith of the corner has been witnessed, as is their situation when researching and examining this, contrary to what they hold to the tone. The information and all of this is in our hands. If you gather for it, write to us so that we can direct this to you urgently. If you request our coming, we will present to you the Eid. This is something that should not be kept silent about. Instead, it should be returned to ourselves, where the reprehensible act is seen and kept silent about and for the command of it. The purpose of what we must do is to celebrate this month with your knowledge so that we may follow the path of happiness and the fire of the glorious and praiseworthy path. May God benefit us and you and help us to serve your friend who is close to God, and peace be upon him, with the permission of the honorable Idrisids and Alawites. And the righteousness of God brought them together
