Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our Master Muhammad and his family, our righteous son, the dear and honorable Minister, Mr. Al-Tayeb Al-Muqri, may God bless you with the presence of our Lord, may he live long, and after that, you will receive several names for the newspaper Al-Makhzani, which will be published in Tangier, God willing. Accordingly, present it to His noble Majesty our Lord, may God bless it, so that he may choose from it what agrees with his lofty view, otherwise he will draw something other than all of that, and hasten his appointment to the deputy jurist’s side, so that the director-general may authorize it.
