Praise be to God, when Muhammad Al-Rifi, the happy soldier, wanted to force a woman to go to her for corruption in the Al-Marqtan Market in the Dome of Al-Qisariyah, and she refused to go with him because she was not one of his family. The people present stood up to stop him, so he drew his sword to strike with it, and other soldiers swayed with him. The strife almost led to a fight, and the gates of Al-Qaysariyah were closed. The pandemonium increased, leading to great corruption, and the women shouted loudly and loudly, and the soldier made the soldier say, “O people of Fez, if you expel them from We entered your homes and we were doing that, and among those who were sympathizers with him, Al-Hadi Ibn Ahmad Al-Hayani, attended and fully confessed to what was mentioned, and that the mentioned Muhammad is the one who did what he mentioned and other of the sympathizers fled. Notables from the Qaisariyya, whose names are marked in the right hand corner, attended and testified that the military man had the heart to hate women and flattered her openly and heard. The matter went on to closing the doors due to the widespread saying of the military man and that they were in the position of entering the lands and they must do so, so whoever receives that. His witness recorded it on the eleventh of Muharram Al-Haram, the conqueror of the year two hundred and seventy-seven and a thousand. Praise be to God.
