Praise be to God, its creator, may God forgive him, received his right from the non-Muslim Mushi bin Bouzqura Al-Kharraz. He directed his testimony that he knew the non-Muslim Mushi bin Ya’ish with complete knowledge sufficient to legislate it, and with it he testified that on that night in which he claimed that a hundred riyals had been stolen from him, he was staying with him in the mentioned type in Bani Rashid’s town hall, and the dome was not opened over them and he did not see anyone entering their place until the morning came and he started saying it was stolen and I did not see with him before his claim what he mentioned, neither a little nor a lot except full of dirt. With money made of copper, and he did not plunder any of it, neither a little nor a lot, or from what was out of style, he fulfilled his needs, except that he would advise me of the dirt and his thanks. He sometimes took it with him and sometimes left it, and he did not advise me of it, and I did not see in it, neither a little nor a lot. In this state he recognized him and informed him of it completely. Whoever received from him what he mentioned, as he mentioned, recorded it as a witness to it, and he was fully aware of it, and he recognized him on the fifth of Safar in the year seventy-nine and two thousand servants of his Lord Almighty (Butter) Ibn Idris Al-Attari
