May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. The bearer of it, my lord Ahmad bin Al-Hassan Al-Sharif Al-Bourqadi, has in his hand an offering from our master the father to his honorable brothers, the people of Burqad, and they owe tithes and taxes to the people, and some of them go down to the Messenger and some of them go down to the people. By the Messenger and being fanatical against them, if one of them appears to him in your happy presence, you will be his helper and stand with him in their affairs until they are given the consequences due to them. May God bless you and may God help you and with love and peace.
