Notes Praise be to God, when he remained in the room of the house in which Al-Munai’i, the accused, and the delegation, had a party of the goods of the caravan that was looted near Wadi Fez, which was not recorded in the obligation of his right, and he authorized his wife Zahraa bint Al-Taher Al-Hayani to possess the aforementioned belongings in possession of the tora in his right, she and the presenter of Houma Derb Ibn Zyan, Al-Sayyid Al-Mufaddal bin Al-Hajj Muhammad Bennani, and she took possession of the goods, the beginning of which was Benshkara Sof. And the last of it is a Tangier and two meats of bananas.
