Praise be to God alone, our beloved Pasha Al-Anjad, the Commander, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. Some of the merchants condemned (butcher) the governor in Marrakesh when we had (buttar) on a large group of Banu Hassan, so threaten our master (buttar) because he prohibits the merchants from associating with workers (buttar) and the like with debts, because they make that the weak of the tribe, so they impose those debts on them, and for that reason they have been blessed, and they mentioned that you are I raised some animals for Banu Hassan because of this claim, so they were freed from their splendor about the command of our master, may God bless him and with love and peace, Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success.
