Praise be to God alone. May God’s prayers and peace be upon Muhammad, his family, and his companions. Our dearest lover and servant of our master, the most sincere, the wisest, the earthly jurist, Mr. Idris al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. What is required of you is to command the participants in the valley passing through the large house that fell on the plot, and to do each one his right and release him because he was trapped and began to be compensated in the middle of the house, even if it lasted for days in that area. He will spoil what is left of it. We would also like you to recommend to our Caliph Nasser the best thing he needs. May God bless you and love and peace.
