Notes Praise be to God, Musa bin Sidi Muhammad al-Tawati al-Ma’mun testified that he acquitted Qasim and Ahmad Qaddour bin Qasim al-Hajji al-Jalali (amputation) of the aforementioned Hamman bin Hamman bin Qasim regarding what he had claimed against them, that they had lightly wounded him in the head (amputation). This was provided with evidence of complete acquittal, the Almighty, who has no claim against them for that, nor a resurrection. Long or short of time, he knew his destiny attested to it in its entirety, and it was known on the fourth of Muharram, the opener of the year one thousand two hundred and eighty-one.
