Praise be to God alone. May the peace and blessings of God be upon our Lord Muhammad and his family, the servant of the highest station in God, the wisest jurist, the wisest scholar, the happiest soil, Sidi Idris al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. And after your letter Al-Aghar was received and we understood its meaning regarding the assignment of the lease of the land of Asifi and Kaash to the people of the Banu Junad Mosque, when your letter arrived, the governor of the governor, Sidi Idris Al-Wazzani, before he went to Laan. Hazrat Fez Fez and the group of Banu Junnad are all in need and forced to plow in the aforementioned countries, since their country is different, no matter how much they are prevented from plowing it, they remain without plowing, and their children are poor and our rights, my master, by the hand of God, then by the hand of our master, may God grant him victory and salvation. He leaves in consideration God Almighty and the strangeness from us to you and for the love of our master and peace, and on the 12th of Rajab in the year 1282 with the permission of Sheikh Al-Taher bin Muhammad Al-Janadi. May God grant everyone success in what pleases Him. Praise be to God, our beloved jurist, the most eminent scholar, my good sir. Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. Then we looked at the Bans Junad Mosque. We ordered him to do what our Lord, may God support him, ordered of renting the two cows around it for mixing. He replied that he did not have more of them for others (amputation), as the mixture said. Rather, the custom is that the Madshar group expands in it and plows it, and had it not been for them they would not have plowed, and their children were lost. (Amputation) The group around it and looking to our Lord, may God grant him victory and love. And peace Idris Al-Sarraj, praise be to God. He taught us what you mentioned and we finished it for our master, may God support him, and he wrote to the pasha with what he included, and with love and peace Al-Tayeb bin Al-Yamani
