The aforementioned husband fled from her and was absent from the Idrisi presence, such that he did not know where he was, leaving her sick, confined to the bed and on the rug of poverty, vulnerable to loss. Her mother, the woman Habiba bint J Abd al-Karim al-Helu, was present, along with the aforementioned revelation, and they acknowledged it, and that the mother raised the aforementioned guardian to the dearest law. She asked him to spend on his aforementioned ward until her husband returns from his aforementioned absence, and that was from the money of the said ward, so the Most Powerful Sharia ordered the aforementioned guardian to spend on his said ward as long as her husband was absent from her, with the approval of the justice of Sidi Muhammad ibn Aynoun, and his acknowledgment of that. They knew his worth, and he testified against him with his completion, and he knew the two men, and the erection of the helper was known to the woman enough, and he was trustworthy on the seventh of Rabi’ al-Awwal al-Nabawi in the year three hundred and thirty-two, and a thousand truths are most correct. He worshiped his Lord
