Praise be to God. His witnesses whose names are mentioned after its history know the woman Halima bint J. Muhammad al-Walidi al-Ghalali with sufficient knowledge of her according to the Shari’a law, and with her they bear witness that she died, may God Almighty forgive us and her. She was inherited by her husband, the Arab teacher bin Sidi Muhammad al-Taghzouti al-Marwan, and her children from him were Sidi Muhammad and Abd al-Salam, and also Al-Saadia and Zuhur, who have no heir except those mentioned in their knowledge, and they know the aforementioned heirs as they know their aforementioned heir, as is obligatory upon everyone who knew that. By proximity, communication, and perusal of the circumstances and its contents, their testimony was recorded for those who asked it on the eighteenth of Qa’dah al-Haram in the year one thousand and three hundred and fifteen, Al-Darhar Al-Jalali bin Sidi Muhammad Al-Tilmisani Arafa, Sidi Muhammad bin Sidi Muhammad Al-Tasouli Al-Filali, my servant Hassan bin Si Muhammad Al-Hasani Arafa, Sayyed Abd al-Salam bin Sayyed Abd al-Wahid al-Qamrawi, Muhammad ibn Muhammad, and lineage, Arafa, his son, Sidi Muhammad Arafa, Si Muhammad ibn Si Muhammad al-Alami, Arafa, Si Ahmed. Ibn Sayyid Abdullah al-Sahrawi Arafa Mr. Muhammad Ibn Idris al-Kutami Arafa Sayy Muhammad Ibn Abd al-Salam al-Mashani Haman Ibn al-Hajj Muhammad al-Walidi Sidi Muhammad Ibn Abd al-Salam Ibn Makhlouf Arafa, bear witness to him from the face of the leader, praise be to God, I bear witness to the eminent jurist, the learned scholar, the venerable scholar, preserved by the care of God Almighty, the judge of the group in Fez, and he (amputation), may God Almighty honor him and guard it, with the above drawing proving that he has full proof of his duty, and he is aware of his duty, and God Almighty protects him, so that he has it in terms of Mentioned in the above history
