Praise be to God, the witnesses whose names are listed after his history know my master Muhammad bin Al-Thami, the late Hajj Abdel-Wahab Al-Sharaibi, with sufficient knowledge according to the Shari’a law, and with it they testify that he mingled with good people and helped on behalf of evil people. So whoever accuses him of theft or other things that is greatly diminished, ask him in this state. They knew him and, accordingly, they knew him and tested him from the time they knew him until now, and all of this is in their knowledge of mingling, neighboring, and familiarity with conditions, and with his knowledge, it has been recorded. Their testimony was given to those who asked it on the thirteenth of Shaban al-Abrak in the year one thousand and eighty-four. Al-Haqq Al-Shaybi Al-Sharif, Sidi Al-Tayeb Al-Sharif, Ibn Sidi Muhammad Al-Saqali, Sidi Al-Hussein Ibn Sidi Al-Arabi, Al-Shabani, Sidi Muhammad Ibn Sidi Ahmad Al-Harraq, Al-Hajj Abd Al-Malik Ibn J. Ibn Ibrahim Omar bin Sidi Muhammad Al-Shami, c Qayed bin Sidi Omar Al-Sanhaji, his brother, Mr. Abdel Salam Al-Sharif, Sidi Al-Hussein bin Sidi Al-Fadil Al-Imrani, c. Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Majati, c. Qasim bin Al-Madani, Bannouna Al-Makki, bin Al-Hajj Muhammad Al-Awaina, Sidi Muhammad bin Sidi Ham Al-Tarari, Sidi Muhammad bin Sidi Hashim Al-Qastantini, c. Hammad bin Al-Sayyid Muhammad Barada Al-Talib, Sidi Muhammad bin Sidi Muhammad Al-Helu, c. Muhammad bin Al-Haj Al-Qabbaj, Al-Sayyid Al-Arabi, from C. Muhammad Al-Tazi, Mr. Muhammad Fatha Ibn Sidi Barba’, they witnessed my father who addressed him, and it was proven. Praise be to God. I bear witness as the honorable jurist, the eminent scholar, the scholar, the best teacher, the baraka, the deputy judge of the community in Fez and its environs, and he was honored by God Almighty, with the confirmation of the drawing in his possession, the complete confirmation in his possession of his duty, may God Almighty protect him and honor him. This was discussed for him in terms he mentioned and in the history above, the highest legal right is correct, it is correct.
