Notes	Praise be to God, with the pledge and money of the needle teacher, Mr. Hajj Muhammad bin Sayyid Abd al-Salam al-Mashashti al-Khatmi, who is a craft known as Darb al-Lamati, by the teacher, Mr. Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Mashawi, two riyals on the Aziziyah rail, the price of a handful of wheat with the fascial tide, which he bought from him with what he mentioned, and he was hearty and satisfied, and he showed it in his possession in person, acknowledging its entirety, and he delivers it to the aforementioned in a trustworthy report, two days from the first of the month of its date, not showing him anything except what is due, with the approval of the owner of the right. He accepted his obligation, by custom and in his absence, so that no one else, whether a relative or a foreigner, would demand it, and return it to him in his aforementioned debt as a mortgage for the benefit of the entire house opposite. He directed the person entering his house to bring the Al-Omraniyyin Street, Al-Anouz Street, from Houmet Al-Safah, in the vicinity of Idriss Bennis and Dar Ammor, and for the first nearby molar, the right of the insider, after mortgaging it as a valid mortgage from the years of loss and its causes, to the hands that were struck between them, so he settled his debt when it was sweetened for him. The aforementioned is fair to him, and he mortgaged it absolutely, and the best thing is that it is a several-sale bet, for him the increase and for him the decrease. The master gave him the possession of the aforementioned mortgage, so he took possession of it with the inspection of its two witnesses, free from the concerns of restitution, with the absence and inability to benefit from it for the duration of the mentioned period without anything that he is obligated to do not separate from that in the origin of the transaction, and he wrote about the permission of the one who is obligated and the matching of the stored provisions in the hands of the Honorable, through the mouth of the assistant, Sayyed Muhammad bin Al-Arabi, and his acknowledgment of this about the possession of his house, which he testified against them. With its completion, according to their custom, and the erection of the Awn on the eighth of the tenth of Jumada al-Ula in the year three hundred and twenty-four, and one thousand servants of his Lord, Muhammad, etc., a hundred and one hundred thousand. Praise be to God, it will come on the twenty-second of the above month with the attached, so accept and know.
