Praise be to God alone, our love in God, the virtuous ruler, Mahmoud Al-Shamil, the best minister and successor to the prince, Mr. Muhammad bin Talib, may God help you and protect you from all evils, and may peace, mercy, and righteousness be upon you, except for our Lord Al-Mansour, by God. And after that, what is required of your sovereignty is to do justice to our cousin who carries him to you, the honorable Sidi Abdul Salam bin Muhammad Al-Harraq Al-Alami, the settler in Zarhun, has his right before the Sicilian, protected his concubine, the Sheikh of Sukhirat, Ham bin Al-Jalali, and here it is. With his guardianship of the family of Zarhun, along with the Prophet’s honor, it is not hidden from you that this is a lawsuit that entails stoning or imprisonment for the likes of immoral people if it is not proven. Accordingly, the biggest matter between us and you is that you take revenge on this one who is arrogant towards us. We have authorized another lawsuit before it, which is that another bin Ham of ours named Sidi Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Abd al-Rahman Akhrif al-Alami died there for thirty mithqals, and he and his brothers. When he came, he confessed to that editor. Those who wanted to collect his goods claimed that the Baalak had given alms to five of their men for ten mithqals, and they had also prevented them from giving the other twenty, so it is a false statement that did not enter into the time, and the sheikh and the aforementioned sheikh, who is also adhering to this claim, may God disgrace Saeed, so it came between us and them. May God reward you with the best reward and love and peace on our behalf. On the 2nd of Rajab in the year 1274, he wrote with the permission of the notables of the family of Al-Haram Al-Ilmi, opposite the shrine of their grandfather Ibn Mashishi, after he They prayed for you to be well.
