Notes Praise be to God, the merchant, Al-Abar Al-Hajj Al-Mufaddal, son of Al-Hajj Ali Ibn Al-Amin, testified that he acquitted the woman, Khadija bint Al-Murabit, Sidi Muhammad Al-Da’i, and God protects Al-Jami’i, of what she was accused of and for which she was imprisoned. What is the complete acquittal that he demanded after that and did not perform, acknowledging that he had no claim against her and that he had no claim on her, and he authorized her to be released from prison with full testimony. He recognized her fate, witnessed it in its entirety, and recognized it on the blessed twenty-seventh of Shawwal in the year two hundred and eighty-three and one thousand.
