Praise be to God alone, in the place of our father, the jurist. Blessing, Sir Idris al-Sarraj. May peace and God’s mercy be upon you with the presence of our master, may God support him. So complain to God. Then to you about the matter of water, for it is cut off day and night. And this is Friday night, it has become cut off. And here is Friday, it has become cut off. And here is Friday, there is no wakefulness in it. Then it is also cut off at night, and on all other days, with cuts. And if it is divorced during the day, the beneficial thing is released from it, and do not play with it. And whoever turns on it does not move it with truthfulness. By God, we have not found patience for this, and we do not have it. To whom do we complain without you? We told you about the matter and we look at your sovereignty. This is something that no one has patience with. By God, on this day, I did not find anything in the house to wash my hands with, let alone anything else. And this is how most of the days are during the day. Peace be upon Muhammad bin Al-Madani, may God be gracious to him.
