Praise be to God alone, the dearest, earthly, trustworthy, best, most honorable brother, Mr. Hajj Muhammad al-Muqri, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory, and after Faisal, your Excellency, three sweet powers for the house of our master, the jurist, the Grand Vizier, may God protect him, and one for your sovereignty, and acceptance of your glory and love, and peace on the 14th of Ramadan in the year 1316 Al-Mufaddal bin Idris al-Sarraj, may God be pleased with him. Praise be to God, and upon the dearest brother, the purest of peace. In the presence of our Lord the Imam, and after the arrival of the sweets you sent to our master the jurist, you arrived at the House of Blessing. May God bless you abundantly, and may God bless you and the brothers and peace in history. Muhammad Al-Muqri, may God grant him success.
