Notes Praise be to God alone                                     and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family and companions, and peace be upon him 9/12/28 Our dear, righteous son, may God bless you with the goodness of our Lord, may God bless him. Based on the assurances we have given you in writing and verbally regarding the matter of accelerating the writing of the silver coin, as required by the honorable consideration, the manager of the Makhzaniya Bank said that the Makhzaniya Mint House was almost ready to come. He emptied his hand of it, and there is no doubt that the banking movement would stop, and he was very pressing on the matter. Finally, he said that the method by which this new, auspicious track would be struck, God willing, according to the existing pattern, so he was obliged to do so by what led him to the second period in which it would be possible to write in these publications and answer them. Accordingly, this must by the same time reach you. Find out the honorable knowledge of this and hasten for us to direct the answer accompanied by example by example. The administration has been strict about this request, and perhaps with more harm and procrastination in our intended effort. And the railway is struck in the manner in which it exists, and there is in it shame that the honor of the warehouse and its invincible authority refuses. May God preserve its happiness and support its exit. We are patiently waiting for the example. He hastened it, even if with a special pendulum and with the request of the charges. May the peace and mercy of God be upon you.
