Number 250 of newspaper 263, a copy of the recommendations dated the 20th of Sha`ban of the year, whose name is its continuation, Praise be to God, its copy is one drawing, the performance follows it, and the speech of the one who must be named by God and the most honorable after what will be mentioned. How is the story of Praise be to God Amr and Aasa Abd al-Salam bin J. Boubakar al-Shawi testified, and he bears witness to God, Blessed and Most High, of oneness, and of our Master Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, by the message, prophecy, and the perfection of reporting, that whenever it happens to him, death occurs, which is inevitable. It is not appropriate for every living person to be the guardian of his child, the boy Ahmed. They are the wife and mother of the aforementioned child. The woman, Zuhur, the daughter of the pure teacher, the rural one, to look after him with the view of complete and comprehensive will. He did not exclude from her in his right one of the chapters or any meaning of the meanings, whether in word or deed, except that her arrogance and short-sightedness from him on them supported them with an infinite radiance from behind God Almighty over them in this by her presence, timeliness, and acceptance. For that, they recognized his value, which was fully attested to them by those except the plaintiff. And in case of illness, he confined him to a bed in which he was, and with him was a keen mind, a fixed mind, complete discernment and understanding, and he knew and was acquainted with the woman, he recognized her all of it, so he was trusted with her on the twenty-fifth of Rajab al-Afdal in the year three hundred and thirty-eight, all of which was crossed out in the original. It was authenticated by Abd al-Rahman ibn Idris al-Alawi al-Sukkari al-Hasani, may God be kind to him, Amin, and Abd Rabbuh Ahmad ibn Abd al-Rahman al-Sanhaji al-Ghari, may God be kind to him. And the text of the performance: Praise be to God. Ibn Rashid Al-Omrani Al-Hasani, may God be his Amen, and after him, in the handwriting of those who are obligatory, testimonies that ended, corresponding to their origins, with what was written, and he was witnessed by the honorable jurist, the most eminent scholar, the best teacher, the teacher, the understanding, the best benefit, the noble editor, the judge of Fez, and Mabrouk (Amtr). It was where (Bitr) was in the cradle of Rabi’ al-Awwal in the year three hundred and forty-one, and there were a thousand servants of his Lord, Most High, and he made clear his sin to the Father of His Master’s pardon.
