Praise be to God alone, our beloved, dearest earthly jurist, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. The bearer of it, Hamman bin Belkacem Al-Farran Harfa, claimed that he had a claim against Abdullah bin Abdul Salam Al-Habriji and asked us, if he is found shopping in this presence, let him be arrested. We responded to his request, so we love you. May God love you. If you find him as he mentioned, arrest him and direct him to us.
