Notes Praise be to God alone and to our beloved, earthly jurist, Mr. Idris al-Sarraj. May peace and God’s mercy be upon the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After the Yazghi man who had drawn the iron arrived in the city, such a chaos broke out that it would come out of him by God’s will and power. The right of God, who (amputated) the aberrations and various rights. Now, these Banu Yazgha people have unleashed their hands on the road to plunder, and our master ordered them to arrest them and rebuke them until they redress the injustices, not with their knowledge, and the honorable we have dismissed. As he is on his way and you, this is how I think of you and help me with our affairs. May God bless you and grant us and you the presence of our Master and may peace and love be upon you on the 6th of Muharram al-Haram 84.
