Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions, our master the jurist, the good, the distinguished, the honorable Pasha, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, may God grant you success and care, and peace be upon you for the best of our Lord, may God support him. And after we received your letter about the arrest of the honorable Sidi Al-Tayeb bin Hashim, I complied, and here he is under our hand in prison, and when I wanted to send him to a council as I ordered, some of the nobles, his cousins, came and asked me to keep him in the corner except (Bitr) agreed to transfer him from Al-Zawiya to another place so that he could be raised and be taught by others, so the case was settled for the sake of Sharif.
