Your Excellency, the Pasha, it appeared to me from your speech that this day, which is the 14th of Juliet, deserves to be remembered, especially among the days of the year, as it is a special holiday for the French nation, which represents for our race the beginning of the element of glory, freedom, and success. Therefore, it is the choice of the French for the sake of respecting the citizen, increasing love, and acting in accordance with the virtues that make a race initiated by the power of God. In the first of these virtues is the brotherhood that agrees among the human beings. My joy is abundant this day, as your gaze is crowded around us. In this house, which is the French State House, where I saw you sharing in our rejoicing, in our hope, and in all the feelings of goodness that are in our hearts, and I also rejoiced at the arrival of the country’s holidays, who united with you, Your Excellency the Pasha, and followed you in this statue that shows the secret of love between the French state and their dear loved ones who are under the shadow of the honorable royal orders, may God protect them. I was moved by your speeches, Your Excellency the Pasha, according to what you mentioned on the lips of the residents of the country, gentlemen and notables. It happened. I am very happy and happy with the French people, and I will convey what you mentioned in your speech to His Excellency the Ambassador, Monsieur Henri Benso, who represents the magnificent French republican state. And in this speech, His Excellency the Ambassador will see how much love and assistance your Excellency has with the protecting state, especially this present crisis, so that this assistance will remain on the path of time and eternity, and all the hope and hopes that we had hoped for in His Excellency will appear to His Excellency from all your orders, with your policy and your good work. And your dedication to this white city, which the Royal Majesty bestowed upon you, may God grant you victory, and your apparent deeds will be a wish for the Republic. I thank you, Your Excellency the Pasha, and I thank your aides, the men of this city, the gentlemen of the notables present, the men of goodness and benevolence, especially the Islamic Charitable Society. In conclusion, I thank all the gentlemen who represent the virtues.
