Praise be to God alone, our earthly lover and most faithful servant, the leader, Al-Hassan bin Ammar, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God support him. We have received your guidance regarding the purchaser of the barn, and you know what he means, and you directed what we like to come out of their hands as shepherds, as he explained. Yes, we love them to add something to your hand for our Lord Al-Mansour Al-Mansour, in God, during our time, and they will have nothing in this increase, God willing, except goodness and all goodness. Accordingly, let them increase the money, and in God, an increase according to the amount of your countenance. And we permit the trustees to write for them their signature, and with love and peace. 12 Qa’dah in the year 1278. Idris al-Sarraj, may God protect him. May God grant him peace. Praise be to God and peace be upon our lover in the presence of our Lord the Imam. And after we have reached your arrival in accordance with what we have written for you, we love you to be patient for our face and we do not hate anything. We have commanded them to add twenty mithqal to your high word. May God help you and be upon you.
