It is no secret to Your Excellency that when I was transferred to serve in Casablanca, His Excellency the former Resident General agreed with Sadat, the heads of his administration, and informed me and all of us that I was transferred temporarily for a few months, and they were looking at me. A high position in the service movement because of my partisanship, my apologies, my services, and my loyalty to the French state and its men, and that is because they are the men of the state and are characterized by rewards for those who are loyal to the service of the state. Al-Dousi, the enjoyment of that and the deception that happened to me from the people of the movement, is preserved in the civil administration in Rabat and even in the knowledge of the current presidents, and whenever I meet them or mention their excuse, they apologize from the bottom of their hearts, and they are very sorry that he did not provide a suitable place. In their headquarters, and where the magnificent state stood to assign the mission of Resident General in Morocco to whom Morocco was pleased to assume, His Excellency the Resident, General Nokes, I was extremely happy because he knew me better than anyone else and was satisfied with my services and loyalty to the state. I presented myself to him and explained what had happened to me. He was sorry and he promised me verbally and in writing, but the situation went on for a long time and I was affected by the sitting that I had never been accustomed to in my life, because movement diminishes my state of health, and there is no doubt that I am benefiting the state with my loyalty, and therefore I request Your Excellency, because your Excellency also knows me very well, that I should have a certain good with His Excellency the resident. May God preserve him for us, for Morocco, and for the benefit of the French state, and for our health and his life, and for the happiness of Madame Nokis, to hasten our move, as the job involves physical and intellectual work, since he is not incapable of that, and likewise with his successors, the respected heads of administration, and I asked for that, and I hope that success will be accelerated at your hands, because you are the greatest president in the country that will not An employee here, and now Your Excellency knows my sincerity and knowledgeable services. I ask Your Excellency to accept my dear respect, love, and peace. Yes, I congratulate Your Excellency on this blessed and happy Eid. May God bring you people like him with continued prosperity, wellness, and high positions. May God accept my sincere affection and peace.
