The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad (...) A chapter in which the duties are mentioned, which is the science of inheritance, an explanation of who inherits and who does not, the amount of money for each heir, the principles of issues, copies, withholding, acknowledgment, and the division of the estate, and everything related to that.
The end of the manuscript: It ended with the praise of God and His good help at the hands of the poor, humiliated, despicable servant (...) Belqasim bin Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Hadi (...) Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds. I wrote and was certain that there was no doubt that I*** my hand would perish and its book would remain.
