Praise be to God alone, our beloved, earthly, jurist, and blessed, my lord Muhammad. May God bless you in your position (amput) and complete peace and mercy of God be upon you for the goodness of our master. After you receive a letter from the student Abdelmadjid Bennis, including it, requesting your Excellency to consult with him the high side of God in paying what is available under the hand of the received from the known debt, and that is in the presence of your Excellency. He has taken the mortgage and the guarantee for the most part, and if our master indicates restrictions on the creditors, payment must take place at the moment, and if our Lord says to pay according to what is known of his honorable nature, then we will consider him, may God’s help be wider.
