Praise be to God alone, our beloved student, Mr. Muhammad bin Al-Talib, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God support him. You will receive three brown mules from our master’s mules for the rise of the students of the noble hadith to the noble greenness from tomorrow, God willing. He is the jurist and judge, Mr. Mahdi bin Sawda, and his brother, Mr. Muhammad, and the honorable Sidi Abdul Qadir Al-Iraqi. Our master, may God grant him victory, has ordered that we direct the male mules to you. They will spend the night with you, and appoint for each mule one of your companions who will go with it to whomever. You assign one of the three to him every day, and each one goes to whoever is assigned to him before dawn, and the students mentioned know the time of their rising, and these mules remain with you for the entire months of reading. Your companions go up with them and come down every day, and the mules I tie to the house of Bu Ali and their fodder, be directed to him by the kitten and let go of them. Each of them whom you appoint to go and come with them, they put it in a place of safekeeping in the house of Bu Ali, and every day you go to the students before dawn, and here are their cards that reach you on their face, and why did her answer stay with us? And starting tomorrow, God willing, and peace be upon the 30th of Jumada al-Akhira in the year 70 Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success.
