Praise be to God alone May God’s blessings and peace be upon our Lord Muhammad, his family and companions, our love, the jurist, long-lived and just president, my master, Hajj Idris al-Sarraj. May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. May God’s goodness be upon us beyond belief. For this Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. And whoever stole the cabin first came when he was not (amputated) with their relatives, and they learned that I had allowed their relatives to be released, and their souls were reassured, and their fear of violating the sanctities of God was removed. So they ventured into the shrine and began to dig the arm of the sleeve on the night of three yesterday, in order to open it to take the argument. The mink had been imprisoned by Al-Baradei on the shrine. The imam of the noble shrine will benefit from it and the books of confinement will benefit from it. As for me, let me have with it what he wants if it were sold for five dirhams. Now we would like you to please protect the sanctuary of God by seizing the three or even four that are in the biographies that he righted and struck, especially the first, for he deserves it for this action more than any other. He guides you to that. Contemplating on the Almighty’s saying, “O women of the Prophet, from Yat,” etc., to which Imam Malik beat the accused and imprisoned him, and he is satisfied with the boy and the nation in his case. Abu Hafs Al-Fasi said in Sharh Al-Tuhfa and Ibn Farhun in Al-Tabsirah that discharging the accused by merely taking an oath is contrary to the consensus of the Muslims and the Sunnah of the Master of Messengers. And what they stole first left them with them in the Bruce Bridge, as your brother, Sir Hajj Qaddour, saw about that, but I forgave them out of compassion for them, and since they returned to serving what they had done in the first place, there is no choice but to remove it. What they stole (amputation) with your diligence on the poor, and do not (amputation) leave it to them (amputation) since they are not worthy of pardon and goodness is done only to those to whom it is due, as it was said, forbearing if the dream beautifies its family with the dream in the eyes of the enemy, majestic and peace, and on the 8th of Muharram in the year 1286, your beloved Ahmed Al-Iraqi, may God be kind to him, Si Idris bin Si Qaddour Al-Idrisi, Abdul Latif bin Al-Makki Al-Qabbaj Al-Ghamari, who was in the prison, the son of the colonel, one of the guards in the Haram market.
