Praise be to God alone and there is no power nor strength. There is no power or strength in God. We have bestowed, with God’s power and strength, upon the beloved of our noble eminence, Al-Sarjan Olivon the Frenchman, of the fourth Treyur, with our medal of Al-Hafizi Al-Saeed, fifth degree, out of respect for his eligibility for it. Let them treat him with great pride and appreciate his value. He wrote in our happy capital of Fasiya on the 6th of Rabi’ Al-Thani in the year 1330. Abdul Hafid bin Al-Hassan, may God grant him success.
