Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon the one after whom there will be no prophet, His Excellency the Grand Vizier, the best jurist, and the most eminent scholar, Mr. Hajj Muhammad Al-Muqri: May the glory be your ally, and the good deeds be done to you, and the performance of good deeds and the fulfillment of desires are at the hands of Your Excellency. May your peace be upon your masters, and God’s mercy, with the presence of our Lord, may his glory and exaltation last. Sir, based on your tricks of opinion and tenderness, we raise to God and then to Your Excellency the humble. Below is Victor Kayas, who lives in Casablanca, Larache Street, No. 37. He asks Karim to please grant him permission to serve the dentist in Casablanca, especially for the Muslim families and all the pilgrims who fulfill this request of mine.
