Notes Praise be to God, the eternal love of the jurist, Mr. Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you with the presence of our master, may God support him, and after we received your revelation regarding the woman Fatima Al-Luaima, that she complained to our master in the case of the house of Darina, which is intended for her, and I know that the house is for the imprisoned, and the one who is disputing with her in it is the warden of Al-Qarawiyyin, and he was appointed imam of the mosque of Al-Aqaba Al-Zarqa and his muezzin, he disputed with her there, and our master, the Caliph, may God bless him, was here and looked into her matter, so he waited for her with a card. The jurist, Sidi Muhammad ibn Idris, who is in her hand, and two just witnesses testified against her that the child is for imprisonment and she has nothing to do with it, and the matter was to remain silent about her. This is the result of what we have in her case. Peace be upon him. Peace be upon him. Aqaba Al-Zarqa Mosque, as he heard about the woman’s complaint, and he mentioned that half the house is reserved for the imam of the mentioned mosque, a quarter of it is for his muezzin, and a quarter of it is for the news in the three months, and our Lord, may God help him, informed us of that as well, and he said, “These are multiple good deeds, and the woman mentioned in them resides on the basis that she is in need of one good deed, so multiple good deeds are better.” Also, the house of confinement is disposed of by giving to others, and in this way people are equal to the confinements until they own it. Where the house is proven for the confinement, it remains for what it was imprisoned. Peace be upon him, on the 23rd of Jumada al-Awwal in the year 1274, Muhammad al-Saffar, may God grant him success.
