The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (...) Sheikh Abu Al-Qasim Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Jazi said (...) Praise be to God, the Mighty, the Bestower, the Owner of kings and Lord of lords (...) Now to proceed, the knowledge of the Great Qur’an is the most exalted in value, the most dangerous, and the greatest in reward (...) and I called this book the Kitab al-Taseel for the Sciences of Revelation.
The end of the manuscript: “The one who is not subject to anger” means: “Away with us, O our Lord, the path of those with whom You were angry,” that is, you deprived them of guidance despite their knowledge of its path, such as the Jews and non-practicing scholars and those who went astray. Its meaning is, “Away from us, O our Lord, the path of the misguided who were deprived of guidance despite their ignorance of its path, such as the Christians and other ignorant people. And God grant us success.”
