Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our Master Muhammad, his family and companions, and upon our earthly master, the Most Merciful, Sidi Idris, complete peace, mercy, and blessings of God Almighty. We have received your book on the matter of tithes of grain and oil, so know, our master, may God grant us success and you. I spoke to my brothers about the tithes, and they said that they have paid all what they owe, and the bottom line is that we would like you, sir, to send us a copy of the tithes so that each one can fulfill what he owes. Sheikh Mecca has changed and changed the original. From now on, we would like my master to send us the reins of tithes of love and oil so that truth can be distinguished from falsehood. This is what our master must be informed of. Peace and blessings be upon him on the 8th of Muharram Fatih 1286. The Sheikh of some of the Qulaiya group, Qasim Ibn al-Tayyib. May God grant everyone success in what pleases Him.
