Yes, what is blocked, and it became the responsibility of the observer and those with him, and he passed it with hastening of its repair, because the initiative in such a situation is certain, but as for this Presence, the matter is safe, it does not need anything, and no one is present, and with love and peace, 22 Rabi’ al-Thani, 1287 Idris al-Sarraj Praise be to God alone, and upon our beloved earthly jurist, Mr. Ghadris al-Sarraj, the dearest peace. May God have mercy on the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory.
