Notes Praise be to God alone, and there is nothing more than what we have submitted to your lordship in response to what God has guided us, your brothers, may God continue to preserve you, and you have warned us against taking the soul away from the toil of farming and other things, that we were confused about the matter of this, and its coins and accessories were overwhelming for us, and everyone who could receive it from it, we took care of it until the dirhams of the cash were saved for us, so we carry it for the people in large amounts, and every day we are obliged to harvest, and we cannot afford to leave it at risk of loss, and we were waiting. The late jurist is an implementation of the dirhams that we acquired before building, cultivating, and what we will become in the future, so what was revealed by God’s command came down to us. We would like your brothers to be a good helper for us in taking possession of what we have become and to advise us of the matter of that and what our work will be, for the situation does not hide you, and credit is the same as it is without capital, so dominion will follow us with what is good, righteousness, prosperity, and success. May God take your hand and perpetuate your glory. This is God. Remind me of what I love you for, Your Majesty, for reminding me of what I love you for. In terms of the good news and joy that he will reach Fez and seek cold water there, although I have neglected who will bathe in it morning and evening, but if he comes, your greatness will come to him, and we have no purpose except to serve your dearest side and may his days be with you as a path.
