Praise be to God alone. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions, our dearest earthly lover and servant of our master al-Murtada, the leader Idris al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, above the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. And after the people who were arrested because of the water of mercy, we love you to accept our intercession for them and authorize their release. Yes, we love you to permit them not to return. And the same is the same. May God bless you and us with love and peace. On the 27th of Muharram al-Haram in the year 1284, Muhammad’s father, may God be pleased with him, was born.
