Notes Praise be to God. His two martyrs stood in his history, and they were two of the brilliant farmers who were knowledgeable about the dams of the valleys, the cisterns, and other things that were ruinous, and that, and with its presence, there was harm in that, and to them is the reference in knowing that, with those who asked it, standing on the great dam outside the New Gate, one of the gates of this Idrisian Presence, and on the wool sawmill at the top of the arch of the mentioned gate. They looked at them completely and went around them in a comprehensive and general circumambulation, so they found the dam with its moss in the chain and the valley. It was filled with so much dung that the water began to descend on the sousa from the top of the mentioned dam and the dam, ruining it with rainwater, and its branches began to prevent anyone who wanted to pass over it. It appeared to them, with the evidence of their sight and the proof of their knowledge, and what led to it. It was revealed to them that the continuation of what was mentioned in this way is harm, and it will not be corrected except by blocking the sousa, loading the valley, filling the branch with dirt, and paving it with lime and lime. The harm of what was mentioned is greater than what was mentioned. They said that and testified to it, and in its contents, their testimony was recorded by an official of hers in the fifth. The twenty-first of Jumada al-Awwal in the year seventy-nine in unified and between one and a thousand. The honorable Sidi al-Arabi al-Dabbagh al-Falah     The honorable Sidi Idris al-Shafchauni al-Falah, praise be to God. I bear witness, the honorable jurist, the eminent scholar, the learned scholar, the best judge of the community in the presence of the Idrisiyya Fez, guarded by God Almighty. He is the Most Beautiful, may God honor him. He received, with the proof of the above drawing, of complete confirmation of his duty, and he, may God Almighty protect him, so that it is obligatory for him to do so, as mentioned in the history above.
