And after that, the obligatory work has arrived in the city of Sefrou to endow the hotel there on the well-known building of the heirs of Sidi Muhammad bin Omar bin Abi Taher Al-Walali, and it contains the approval of the one who granted it, and the honorable Mawlawi order within the obligatory permission to build it is obedience and obedience. We would like you to read the noble knowledge of this, to authorize the appointment of someone who will oversee its construction, Hazem Dhaqib, to go to its construction and the dirhams that depend on him.
